Why can't I find my referral code?

To see your referral code, you must be signed in to your Nespresso account and go to the Nespresso Referral Rewards page. Only current Nespresso customers will have a referral code, so if you have not purchased coffee directly from Nespresso before, you will not have a referral code to share. After making your first coffee purchase, you can expect to see your referral code within 24 hours.

How many friends can use my referral code?

Your referral code can be redeemed up to 10 times- that’s 10 friends you can share with! For each friend that successfully redeems your promo code, you will automatically get $10 off your next order of 5 or more sleeves. If you refer 3 friends, that’s $10 off your next 3 orders of 5 or more coffee sleeves.

Can I refer anyone using my referral code?

You can refer anyone who doesn’t already have a Nespresso machine. Referral codes only work on first-time Nespresso purchases, so if your friend has ordered with us before, the code and rewards won’t work.

I referred a friend. When and how can I redeem my $10 off?

Your friend must use your referral code as their promo code at checkout to ensure you both get rewarded. Once your friend’s machine is shipped (about 3 days after purchase), you'll receive an email confirming that your $10 offer is now activated. The reward will be automatically applied to your next order of 5+ coffee sleeves.

Can I combine my $10 referral reward with another promotion?

Yes, your $10 referral reward can be combined with one additional promo code, as long as you meet the conditions of both promotions. For the referral reward, it's a minimum purchase of 5 coffee sleeves.
