Need to send something back to us? No problem. Returns are easy with Nespresso.

Type of Return Detail
Machine Returns Machines purchased directly from Nespresso can be returned up to 30 days after receipt from purchase or delivery. Any machine purchased at a retail store or from another website must be returned to the original store or site from which it was purchased. Please make sure that your machine is in its original condition and packaging, and include all relevant invoices in your return.

If you experience any issue with your machine, call 1-800-562-1465 (Original) or 1-877-964-6299 (Vertuo) to troubleshoot with our trained specialists.
Coffee Returns Unopened coffee sleeves can be returned up to 30 days after receipt from purchase or delivery. We're sorry, but individual capsules and opened coffee sleeves are not eligible for returns.

Pick Up Point (FedEx or UPS)
How does it work?
Thanks to our partnership with FedEx and UPS, you can pick up your order from a FedEx or UPS pick-up point near you. All if you have to do is select a pick-up point at check out. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be collected. You will be asked to show a government ID when collecting your order. When somebody else will collect your order, they will also be asked to show proof of identity.
The opening hours of the pick-up points vary; they will be mentioned when you select a pick-up point.
When can I pick it up?
Order before 4 PM ET and select the option Pick-Up Point to have your order delivered within 3 business days at the pick-up point you choose.
How much does it cost?
This delivery option is free for all orders $50+. For orders below $50, a delivery fee is applicable.
For all orders in the Continental US, the charge is $6.95 for 3 business days delivery for orders placed by 4PM ET.
For all orders outside Continental US, the charge is $9.95 for 3-5 business days delivery for orders placed by 4PM ET.
How long will my order be available for pick up?
Your package will be available for 7 calendar days. An e-mail reminder will be sent to you if your package remains uncollected after 5 calendar days.
Can I drop off my capsules for recycling at these pick-up points?
Yes, you can drop off your used capsules at these pick-up points in the UPS postage-prepaid recycling bags.
How can I track my package?
You can track your order anytime at nespresso.com in the ‘My orders' section within ‘My account'. You will also receive an email with the tracking link once the order ships.
