The discount is valid on all Original coffees, including limited edition coffees. The discount is not valid on Vertuo capsules, accessories or machines.
Does the discount also apply with a recurring order?
Yes, the discount applies on your recurring order as well.
Where do you use coffee discounts? Is the delivery free?
The coffee discounts can be used at any Nespresso Boutique in Belgium, via Nespresso.com or via the Nespresso app. The coffee discounts cannot be used at Delitraiteur N-points. The delivery is free as from 50 capsules.
Can I still benefit from other coffee promotions when I have machine without costs?
Yes, you can still benefit from other promotions, including coffee promotions when you have machine without costs.
Where can I see how many discounts I still have left & how do I see if the discount was applied on my coffee order?
You can check your last invoice which will display which reduction has been used or check your basket after adding the minimum number of capsules that will display the reduction used. If you log into your Nespresso account and order the minimum number of capsules as specified in your discount plan, the discount will automatically be applied to your basket.
How long do I have to use my discounts? What if I don’t use them in time?
You have 2 years to use the complete discount plan. After these 2 years, the discounts won’t be valid anymore.
Can I use multiple (or all) discounts at once or does there need to be a certain time between orders?
You cannot use multiple or all discounts at once since the time between coffee orders should be at least 1 week.
Do I need to be Nespresso member to use the discounts?
Yes, you need to register your machine and create a Nespresso account so that the coffee discounts can be linked to your account.
What happens after I have used all my discounts?
If you used all discounts, you could switch to renewal or benefit from easy order. You can find more info on easy order here.
*GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The value of the first discount will depend on the type of machine you have purchased.
It is important that you order Nespresso Original capsules within 30 days of
following the purchase of your machine. If you do not take advantage of your first discount
during this period, subsequent discounts will expire. The amount of this first
discount differs from the amount of subsequent discounts.
2. The total amount of your discounts will be the amount determined by the machine
purchased under your plan. Discounts cannot be transferred, returned, accumulated or exchanged.
