Technology is ever evolving and to create our new caffeine-enriched-coffees, we’ve taken the decaffeination process we use in a new direction to add extra caffeine.

Adding this caffeine extract to Melozio doesn’t alter this heightened aroma of delight.

Curious to discover the process of adding additional caffeine to our coffees?

A variety of coffees with added ingredients to complement your lifestyle.

1. DECAFFEINATED COFFEE BEANS

 We first start with unroasted coffee beans and transfer out the caffeine. These beans are then used to create decaffeinated coffee.

2. SAVE EXTRACTED CAFFEINE

 We isolate the caffeine extract and save it for green coffee in the Stormio Go blend.

3. STEAM-TREAT BOOST COFFEE BEANS

 We then give the green coffee beans selected for the Stormio Go blend a steam treatment, to allow the entry of caffeine molecules into the unroasted beans.

4. INFUSE THE BOOST COFFEE BEANS WITH CAFFEINE EXTRACT

 We infuse the beans with the caffeine extract to raise the coffee’s total caffeine content. Now the beans are ready for roasting to create Stormio Go with 20% more caffeine.
