  2. Our assistance package includes a quick step by step problem-solving. Some Nespresso Expert will help you, if it is not possible to fix the machine on your own, Nespresso will proceed to the collection of your machine at the address of your preference.
  3. The machine will be diagnosed and repaired by our technical service specialists.
  4. The machine will be examined, diagnosed and repaired by our technical Nespresso service specialists.
  5. The machine will be returned to the pick-up address of your choice, so you continue to enjoy the Nespresso experience.
  6. Remember that all repairs of our coffee machines are covered with a six-months warranty.
