The validity of the Nespresso Gift Card expires when the expiry date is reached. Remaining credit balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheques or credit balances.

The Nespresso Gift Cards are not returnable.

The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.

Yes, you can cancel or return an order that you have paid with the Nespresso Gift Card. The corresponding amount will be credited to your Nespresso account.
