80% of the aluminium in our capsules is recycled aluminium

Aluminium is the perfect barrier to oxygen, light and humidity and to protect the freshness and the aromas of high-quality coffee, over time. Besides that is infinitely recyclable and is one of the most widely recycled materials in the world.

The only way to become more circular is to ensure what comes to an end always becomes a new beginning.

Livanto

From the key trading city of Genova, sailors navigated the globe in the quest of discovering a myriad of aromas and flavors. Latin American coffees were among the treasures they brought back from their explorations. Livanto’s medium roast brings together flavors of Brazilian, Colombian and Guatemalan coffees, crowned by their classic cereal and caramel notes. Add milk to this espresso, and you’ll still taste the smooth and subtly sweet character of Livanto.

Origin

Livanto is a 100% Arabica blend, with most of its beans coming from Brazil, Guatemala and Colombia.

Roasting

We gave the coffees in Livanto a medium roast that is still dark enough to develop caramel and toasted cereal notes and a rounded mouthfeel while preserving its delicate acidity.
