Peru Organic is grown High up above 1000 meters – even up to 2100 meters – tucked into the slopes of the Andes.
Roasting
Peru Organic is roasted in two parts to bring a nuanced complexity to the cup. The two splits are lightly roasted and highlight the bright character of the blend while revealing fruity notes.
