A blend of medium and dark roasted Arabicas that highlights the aromatic complexity and crystal clean finish of this uniquely processed coffee. Add a little milk to the cup before extraction and let the warm coffee turn it to a creamy mix with smooth texture and toasted cereal notes.

Origin
This 100% Arabica, fully washed coffee is sourced high up in the Costa Rican mountains.
Roasting
We separate this coffee in two batches. The first is roasted in medium temperatures to reach a medium-dark color and develop sweet malty notes. The second is roasted slightly more intensively to reach a darker color and the desired intensity.
