We offer you a Nespresso machine for one euro in exchange for signing up for a one—or two-year coffee plan (depending on the machine model). Choose the plan that best suits your needs and pay the same amount every month for your favourite coffees.
Inissia/Essenza Mini Plan for one euro, €29/month for 12 months.
PIXIE Plan for one euro, €39/month for 12 months.
CitiZ Plan for one euro, €45/month for 12 months.
Plus VL Plan for one euro, €45/month for 12 months.
CitiZ Plan Platinum Plan for one euro, €55/month for 12 months.
Essenza Mini Plan for one euro, €19/month for 24 months.
Lattissima One Plan for one euro, €55/month for 24 months.

Access your online account by logging in with your email and password to see all the information about your subscription.

Your subscription will be collected on the same date every month. This will be the same day when you made your initial payment. However, you can change it at www.nespresso.com by logging into your account, by calling the free number 900 259 259 between 7 am and 11 pm from Monday to Sunday, using our online chat or at any of our Boutiques.

Machine plan: Yes. You can cancel the subscription whenever you wish. However, if you do so within the first 12/24 months (spending on your chosen plan), you will have to pay the early cancellation fee*. You can change cancel it at www.nespresso.com by logging into your account, by calling the free number 900 259 259 between 7 am and 11 pm from Monday to Sunday, using our online chat or at any of our Boutiques. You are entitled to change the machine within the first 15 days if it has not been used and is in its original packaging. You can also switch to the plan that best suits your needs or cancel it. 

Instalments that have been paid are not reimbursable. 

No. Nespresso customers may only have one machine subscription plan at a time. 

When your subscription expires, you can sign up for the same machine model or choose a machine from a different range.

If your machine develops a fault within the first 12 months, it will be repaired in accordance with the Guarantee Law.

You are under no obligation to make an order every month. Your instalments will accumulate in your Nespresso account, and you can use it whenever you like.

You must let us know if you want to cancel the subscription. Otherwise, it will be automatically renewed (without a new machine) and the machine plan will enjoy all the benefits of a coffee plan, such as direct discounts on coffee orders, maintenance expenses and free delivery. You will also receive a 20% discount on purchases of accessories.

Only customers with Coffee Subscriptions are entitled to this benefit. However, you can use the accessory and promotion offers we run during the year.
