If you require assistance, contact Nespresso customer service hotline on: 8101 1007 (Hong Kong) / 0800 846 (Macau) and receive personalised technical diagnosis and support.

If required, Nespresso offers a full-service Assistance Package which includes complimentary pick up and repair of your machine and its return to your address of choice.

  1. Nespresso will pick-up your machine at your preferred address
  2. Nespresso will provide you with a loan machineLoan machines are subject to availability while yours is being assessed, so you never have to go without your coffee (Loan machines are subject to availability).
  3. The machine will be returned back to the pick-up address and all repairs are covered with a six-month warranty.
