Follow the steps below to register your Nespresso product and receive our offers.

Sign up or log in to the Nespresso website using your internet browser.Go to the Nespresso product registration page.Enter all required information for product registration and agree to the terms and conditions, and then click Registration.Please check your registered product information and
warranty period.

You can register on the product registration page after signing up on the Nespresso website. If you have difficulties registering on the website, please visit your nearest Boutique or contact Nespresso Club (080-734-1111) for assistance.

The coffee machine has a sticker on its bottom, on the box, or on the front of the product (for capsule container or drip tray). Aeroccino/Varista can be identified with its sticker affixed to the bottom of the body and on the box. If you have difficulties identifying it, please contact Nespresso Club (080-734-1111).

If you do not know the purchase date, please contact Nespresso Club (080-734-1111) for assistance on how to enter the purchase date. If your product was given as a gift, please select the purchase date as the date the gift was received. If you do not know the purchase date for other reasons, please contact Nespresso Club.

If your product is exchanged or refunded, your registered product information may be deleted. Once the product refund process is completed, the product will no longer appear. If the refunded product still appears, please contact Nespresso Club.

You can correct the product information directly on the product registration page, and you can register again after deleting the existing product information.

When you register coffee machines, Aeroccino and Varista sold by Nespresso, you are entitled to the benefit of the warranty period. A basic free warranty period is 1 year, and if you register your product within 30 days, an additional 1-year free warranty is provided, leading to a free warranty for 2 years in total. For customers who purchased before August 23rd, 2022, the previous warranty period is maintained.

If you register your machine within 30 days of purchase, you will be provided with a 2-year warranty from the date of registration. If you do not register your machine within 30 days of purchase, you will be provided with a 1-year warranty.
