This unique recipe works best with an intense espresso with roasted notes which melds perfectly with the subtle sweetness of the black jelly — creating a delectably textured mouthfeel.

To Make It:
i. Pour pandan syrup (5 ml) and fresh milk (50 ml) into the barista device with ice and froth.
ii. Pour the frothed mixture into a cup with cincau jelly chunks.
iii. Brew and add your favourite Nespresso coffee on top. Garnish with pandan leaves if desired.

To Make It:

i. Dissolve the matcha powder in 30 ml of hot water. Add the matcha to a shaker along with the yuzu fruit mix (30 ml) and ice. Shake well.
ii. Pour the mixture into a cup and add 100 ml of sparkling water.
iii. Brew a shot of espresso (40 ml) and add it to the cup. Garnish with dried orange and rosemary.

ii. Pour the vanilla syrup (10 ml), rose syrup (10 ml), santan (15 ml), and fresh milk (60 ml) into the barista device (with ice) and froth.
iii. Once frothed, add to the glass of espresso then garnish with grated Gula Melaka.
