Website
Order your capsules online conveniently from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy free delivery with every machine purchase, or with spend a minimum of MYR 200. To have your order reach on time, it takes up to 2-3 working days for West Malaysia and up to 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.
Nespresso App
The Nespresso App allows you to easily order your coffee with just a click. You can also find a nearby boutique, recycling point or retailer, and stay updated on the latest Nespresso news and member-exclusive offers.

Experience the world of Nespresso at your nearest boutique. You're welcome to discover and taste the full range of Nespresso coffee with our Coffee Specialist. They will be happy to help you choose the perfect selection to suit your personal taste.

Products offered for this service includes capsules and selected machines only. Some online-exclusive coffee assortment packs, machine subscriptions and accessories may not be available for Boutique Pick-Up service.

Repair Services & Temporary Machine Loan
The Machine Assistance Package* is available for Nespresso machines requiring repair within a 2-year warranty.
This package includes:
- Collection of your machine from your home or a chosen address
- A loan Nespresso machine during the repair period (subject to availability, excludes Aeroccino3 Milk Frother)
- Repair and full component check of your machine
- Return of your machine to the collection address
- An additional 6-month repair warranty* after return

Recycling Made Easy
We are committed to delivering premium coffee, responsibly. Together we can minimize our impact, that’s why we make it easy for you to recycle.
Recycling Points
Incorporate capsule recycling into your coffee ritual for a feel-good experience with your Nespresso. Just pick up a Recycling Bag at your nearest Nespresso Boutique and drop it off when full.
Recycling @ Home
You can also join in the Recycling@Home initiative. When the courier delivers your next order to your home, simply pass him the Recycling Bag.
