This preference is reflected in our blend, which combines Indian Arabica and Robusta beans. ROASTING
Cape Town Lungo is a traditional split roast. Indian and Mexican Robustas are separated by origin for more precise results and roasted to a medium degree. The Arabica beans are roasted to a darker degree for extra intensity
