Volluto Decaffeinato

Launched in 1986, Volluto was originally introduced under the name 'Bolero', during a time when musical inspiration influenced our coffee names. Its perfectly balanced blend is achieved through the combination of mellow dry Brazilian Arabica and fruity washed Colombian Arabica, showcasing the finesse of both origins. Volluto's biscuity and light fruity notes leave a memorable taste, while the round body provides a satisfying mouthfeel. It is a coffee that continues to enchant mild espresso lovers, with a harmonious cup that is sure to please. This version is decaffeinated.

ORIGIN

Volluto’s delicious profile is created combining the sweet mellowness of Brazilian Arabicas with the winey fruitiness of Colombian Arabicas

ROASTING

Volluto’s light roasted - not too dark, not too long - and given a medium grind to keep it all in harmony. This roast turns the Brazil’s cereal notes to sweet biscuit and keeps the fruity notes of the Colombian beans alive
