Il Caffe
We achieve this punchy combination by carefully blending two robust and flavourful Vietnamese and Indonesian Washed Robustas with a touch of Colombian Arabica. To enhance the robust flavours, we employ a split roasting technique, giving the Robustas a darker roast. Meanwhile, the Colombian Arabica beans undergo a lighter but slightly longer roast, preserving their acidity while developing a delightful hint of nuttiness.
ORIGIN
For this blend, we use powerful-tasting Vietnamese and Indian Robustas, combined with pristine Colombian Arabicas for a touch of acidity
ROASTING
We roast the Robustas and Arabicas separately, both to an exceptionally dark degree. The Robustas are slightly darker to develop intensity and a long-lasting taste, whereas the Arabicas are a touch lighter - but longer - to keep a touch of acidity
Most of our capsules are made using at least 80% recycled aluminium
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials
