Although decaffeinated, Melozio Decaffeinato still sings with smooth cereal notes and honeyed sweetness just like its caffeinated counterpart. The 100% Arabica coffee is split roasted and blends harmoniously to create a balanced cup with biscuity and cereal notes. Adding milk showcases the softer, sweeter side of this coffee enhancing these flavours.

Melozio Decaffeinato

This decaf Vertuo coffee enchants with its smooth cereal notes and honeyed sweetness, carrying the recognizable aroma of delight as its Melozio sister. We carefully selected Brazilian coffee of the Bourbon variety for its renowned sweetness and distinct cereal note. Through our split roast process, we preserve the character of the beans, allowing the lightly roasted Central American Arabicas to complement and round out this decaffeinated blend.

ORIGIN

A harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas, mostly from Brazil and Costa Rica, rich in smooth cereal notes and honeyed sweetness

ROASTING

The Brazilian Arabicas are roasted separately to develop sweet and cereal notes. The other Arabicas get lightly roasted to round out Melozio
