Carefully selected Brazilian coffee of the Bourbon variety, renowned for its inherent sweetness and distinct cereal note, takes center stage in Melozio. It is meticulously roasted and expertly blended with lightly roasted Central American Arabicas, resulting in a perfectly balanced cup. Through the art of split roasting, the Brazilian Bourbon develops its cereal note, transforming into a coffee that is both sweet and smooth. It is simply impossible not to succumb to the allure of this exceptional blend.

ROASTING
The Brazilian Arabicas are roasted separately to develop sweet and cereal notes. The other Arabicas get lightly roasted to round out Melozio
