Master Origin Mexico
Selective hand-picking and meticulous washing were traditionally reserved for Arabica beans, but this exceptional blend will make you do a double take. It artfully combines Mexican Arabica with a rare Double Washed Robusta, where producers applied the same meticulous approach as they would for Arabica. However, they discovered that a single wash was insufficient to remove the stubbornly clinging sticky fruit flesh from the Robusta bean. To overcome this challenge, they developed a peerless process of double washing Robusta, and voila - the roasted and spice notes of Master Origin Mexico were born.
ORIGIN
Both the Arabicas and Robustas from this coffee come from Mexico. The Robusta go through a particularly interesting double-washing processing method
ROASTING
The Arabica coffee beans are given a medium roast, and the Robusta beans, which are uncommonly double-washed, get a long and deep roast
Most of our capsules are made using at least 80% recycled aluminium
