Recycling in four easy steps*

  1. Dispose used coffee capsules into the recycling bag.
  2. Once full, seal tight.
  3. During your checkout process, tick the box Recycling@home.
  4. Pass your full bag to the driver when he drops off your new order.

  • Q: When will I receive my Nespresso recycling bag?
    A: You will receive your recycling bag on your next order when you request for it by placing a request on your order form.
  • Q: Can I request a Nespresso recycling bag without making any orders?
    A: The recycling bag will be sent on request when you place your next Nespresso order.
  • Q: Can I pass my Nespresso capsules to the driver without the Recycling bag?
    A: Yes you can, however it’s recommended to use the Nespresso recycling bag as the bag can be recycled.
  • Q: Can I request a pick up without making any order?
    A: We can arrange a pick up only when you put a remark during checkout on your next order.
  • Q: Can I pass my Nespresso recycling bag to the driver when he drops off my order?
    A: Yes you can, however it’s recommended to put a remark on your order form.
  • Q: Can I participate in this Recycling programme outside Klang Valley area? Why it is not available in my area?
    A: This service is only available in West Malaysia (Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Pahang, Perlis, Kedah, Terengganu and Kelantan).
