This is East African Arabica at its finest - heady florals with a gentle hint of musk waft through the cup. This unique profile is achieved through the dry processing method, a technique that Ethiopian farmers have mastered over generations. Over a period of up to four weeks, the Arabica coffee is carefully hand-turned to ensure even drying under the sun. This meticulous process allows layers of sweetness and ripe fruit flavours to infuse into the heart of the Ethiopian coffee beans.

ROASTING
We roast this coffee in two splits. Overall, it is light and medium roasted to keep the more delicate notes alive through the wilder, heavier aromatics
Most of our capsules are made using at least 80% recycled aluminium
