Almond Crush

The fine elegance of agave syrup is the natural complement to CAFFÈ VANILIO’s warming aromas and silky-smooth texture. This Latte Macchiato’s crushed almonds bring subtle crunch to this custardy delight and will have you head over heels at first sip.

Preparation

  • 1In a View Recipe glass put 5g of agave syrup.

  • 2Put the cup under the Momento or Aguila machine and put the CAFFÈ VANILIO into the machine.

  • 3Select “Latte Macchiato” recipe on the device and press the start button.

  • 4Then add the slightly crushed Almonds on the top of the milk foam and put Agave Syrup on top.

  • 1 capsule of Caffè Vanilio (40ml)
  • 10g agave syrup
  • 240ml milk 1.5%
  • Crushed almonds
