Apricot Splash

Whatever the season, when the tartness of apricot meets the sweetness of caramel and the deep roasted notes of coffee it's a burst of flavour to remember. Jammy flavour fills out CAFFE CARAMELLO's biscuity note and elegantly complements the coffee's silky texture.

Preparation

  • 1In View Espresso cup, put 5g of apricot marmalade.
  • 2Extract 40ml of Caffè Caramello over it.
  • 3Optional - thread one or two slices of fresh apricot on a cocktail skewer.

Ingredients

  • 1 View Espresso cup

  • 1 capsule of Caffè Caramello (40 m)

  • 5g of apricot jam

  • 1 fresh apricot (optional, as decoration)-Alternatively, use dry apricot if it's not the season
