Continental Nougat Coffee

Dig into this satisfying and tasty treat revealing layers of an intense Ristretto, creamy ice cream and sweet caramel.

Preparation

  • 1Place two scoops of nougat ice cream into a Recipe glass, and using a spoon, flatten the ice cream at the bottom of the glass.

  • 2Pour a Ristretto and two ice cubes into a shaker and shake firmly.
  •  

  • 3Pour the cold coffee (without ice cubes) over the ice cream.
  •  

  • 4Add some cold milk foam and caramel sauce to decorate the drink.
  •

  • 1 Ristretto shot

  • 2 scoops of nougat ice cream (if not available : coffee, stracciatella or caramel)

  • Cold milk foam

  • Caramel sauce

  • 2 ice cubes
