Preparation

  • 1Into a View recipe glass, put 16 cubes of fresh non treated lime (60gr), 8gr of brown sugar. Muddle it.

  • 2Add 2gr of gum syrup.
  •  

  • 3Add 4 ice cubes of 30 grams and pour 60ml water*.
  •  

  • 4Mix it with a spoon.
  •  

  • 5Extract 40ml of espresso Ice Intenso over it.
  •  

  • 6Add a nice piece of fresh lime on the glass rim.
  •  

Ingredients

  • 1 Ice Intenso capsule

  • 120gr - 4 ice cubes

  • 60gr fresh non treated lime

  • 8gr of brown sugar (2 Nespresso brown sugar sticks)

  • 1 fresh lime slice

  • 2gr gum syrup (sugar cane syrup)

  • 60ml water* or 40ml of Cachaça and 20ml of still water

  • 1 View Spoon (size L)
