Ice Intenso Caipirinha

Preparation
- 1Into a View recipe glass, put 16 cubes of fresh non treated lime
(60gr), 8gr of brown sugar. Muddle it.
- 2Add 2gr of gum syrup.
- 3Add 4 ice cubes of 30 grams and pour 60ml water*.
- 4Mix it with a spoon.
- 5Extract 40ml of espresso Ice Intenso over it.
- 6Add a nice piece of fresh lime on the glass rim.
Ingredients
- 1 Ice Intenso capsule
- 120gr - 4 ice cubes
- 60gr fresh non treated lime
- 8gr of brown sugar (2 Nespresso brown sugar sticks)
- 1 fresh lime slice
- 2gr gum syrup (sugar cane syrup)
- 60ml water* or 40ml of Cachaça and 20ml of still water
- 1 View Spoon (size L)
