ORIGIN
Peru Organic is grown high up above 1'000 meters – even up to 2'100 meters – tucked into the slopes of the Andes.
ROASTING
Peru Organic is a single-origin coffee roasted in two parts to bring a nuanced complexity to the cup. While the two splits are lightly roasted, the second split gets a slightly longer roast to add intensity and body.
AROMATIC PROFILE
A fruity coffee with distinct green notes, fine acidity and toasted cereal, nutty and dry, wood aromas.
