Free delivery for each order placed until 19:00, within one working day. *
Time slot delivery
Choose a date and time that suits you best.**
* Delivery within 24 hours on working days when ordered until 7.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday (for Saturday use the dedicated delivery mode). Delivery by Post within Switzerland. Shipment will be at any address of your choice. When ordering on the weekend, the delivery will arrive on the next Tuesday.
**Order before 7:00pm, and we'll deliver your order the following day, during a time slot of your choice. Availability varies according to your location and the time your order was placed. Excluding PO boxes.

Machine service
As a Nespresso customer you can benefit after buying a coffee machine from a 24 month warranty as well as from a service and maintenance of your machine**
Intervention
Our technicians can provide depending on your machine model on site assistance within 6 hours until up to maximum 2 working days**
Machine loan
Nespresso provides a substitute machine during servicing if the repair of your machine is not possible on site**
