60ml Agua

Instrucciones

Añade 6 cubos de lima fresca y el azúcar moreno en un vaso de recetas View, y mézclalo.

Añade el sirope de goma arábiga, los cubitos de hielo y el agua, y mézclalo todo con una cuchara.

Inserta la cápsula seleccionada y prepara el café. Añádelo en el vaso.

Decora el borde del vaso con una rodaja de lima fresca.

Decora con una rodaja fina de higo en un palillo de madera.

10 ml zumo de lima recién exprimido

40ml ron blanco (opcional)

10gr Hielo picado

Instrucciones

Prepara un café de 25 ml (aprox. media taza de Espresso) y utiliza sólo ¼ parte (6ml).

Con suavidad, machaca 6-8 hojas de menta o hierbabuena en un vaso de receta

Añade los siguientes ingredientes y mézclalos con una cuchara de cóctel: Café, sirope Monin Mojito, zumo de lima recién exprimido, ron Seven Tiki, ron Bacardi Carta Blanca (opcional).

Añade hielo molido hasta llenar el vaso.

Remueve de nuevo con la cuchara para enfriar bien el cocktail.

Decóralo con unos granos de café y una ramita de menta o hierbabuena.
