Frozen Espresso Martini
Created in london by Dick Bradsell, this now inconic coffee cocktail has a new trend embracing the iced coffee wave and the coffee presence in the mixology and fine dining world.

- Vodka 60 ml
- Kahlua Coffee Liqueur 30 ml
- Monin Vanilla Syrup 20 ml
- Sugar Syrup 20 ml
- Coffee Beans 6 pieces
- Festive Black Espresso Original 4 capsules
- Festive Black Double Espresso Vertuo 2 capsules
- Double Espresso Scuro 2 capsules
- Firenze Arpeggio 4 capsules

Step
01
Prepare coffee iced cubes 5 hours before your preparation. Brew Nespresso coffee in Nespresso ice cube tray. For Vertuo : 2 capsules of Double Espresso Scuro (80ml) or Festive Black Double Espresso. Will give you 160 ml to make 5 coffee ice cubes and use the 4 needed For Original : 4 capsules of Arpeggio or Festive Black Espresso. Will give you 160 ml to make 5 coffee ice cubes and use the 4 needed

In your blender: Combine the 4 coffee ice cubes, 60ml of vodka, 30ml of Kalhua Coffee Liquor and 20ml of simple (or vanilla) syrup, and blend about 1 minute.

Serve immediately in 2 chilled coupe martini glasses and garnish each with 3 coffee beans, if desired. This preparation will give you 2 servings
