It’s a little-known fact that China has grown coffee for centuries. Only recently, the Chinese started to develop a modern coffee scene, with Shanghai leading the way. World Explorations Shanghai Lungo is an insight into the emerging Asian coffee culture.

Pour milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid, select the 'Latte Macchiato' recipe on the device and press start. Or, pour milk into an Aeroccino3 and use the whisk to froth hot milk.
Place a green tea bag into a VIEW Recipe Glass and extract 110 ml of World Explorations Shanghai Lungo on top. Leave to infuse for 1 min. then remove the tea bag.
Add a pinch of ginger powder.
Pour the hot frothed milk on top.

By using a combined roast, we create one singular and prominent cocoa note, turned to a smooth chocolate by the addition of lightly textured milk folded throughout. COFFEE EXPERT TIP: Before pouring, swirl your milk jug to fold the froth into the hot milk to create a silky texture. Then, pour from a low height, allowing the froth to fall into your cup. This softens out any bitterness and creates a natural sweetness in-cup, perfectly highlighting the roasted and cocoa notes in the espresso.
