Grapefruit 1 Fruit
Tonic Water 90 ml

Cut a ring from the grapefruit and cut again into quarters for garnish
Step
02

Cut a wedge from the grapefruit and save for later
Step
03

Place the ice cubes into a recipe glass
Step
04

Add tonic water to the glass
Step
05

Extract Freddo Delicato directly over the top
Step
06

Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit wedge, directly on to the crema
Step
07

Garnish with grapefruit (slide around the edge of the glass to enhance the taste of grapefruit)
