Pineapple and coconut flavours lend their tropical aromas to this refreshing iced latte.
COFFEE EXPERT TIP: Use coconut milk in this recipe to amplify the coconut flavour.
Garnish the rim of your View Recipe Glass with 5ml of Monin Pineapple Syrup and desiccated coconut.
Add 90g ice to Glass. Reserve 30g (approx. 1 ice cube).
Pour 90ml of milk into Glass and set aside.
Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavour Over Ice espresso into Barista Shaker and add 10ml Pineapple Syrup and remaining 30g ice.
Close the Shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Pour the chilled espresso and syrup mixture into glass over top of the milk.
