Passionfruit Frappé with Ice Leggero

  • Passion Fruit Syrup 10 ml
  • Milk 110 ml
  • Ice Cubes 160 g
  • Edible Flowers 0 Garnish

Let's make it!

  • Step
    01

    Into Barista Shaker, add 10ml of Monin Passionfruit Syrup, 110ml of milk and extract 80ml of Ice Leggero over top.

    02

    Close the Shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

    03

    Put 160g ice cubes into Reveal Cold Glass.

  • Step
    04

    Pour and strain the frappé mixture directly into the Glass.

    Optional: Garnish with edible flowers for a pop of colour.
