How are relove machines refurbished?
Nespresso machines are given another chance as a result of a rigorous refurbishment checklist.
- STEP 1We collect machines that were returned to Nespresso.
- STEP 2 The machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, and repaired (if necessary) by our trained technicians.
- STEP 3 Machines are meticulously cleaned and descaled before being tested to ensure the optimal coffee extraction.
- STEP 4 Finally, when the machines are ready, they are repackaged being one step closer to enjoying another life.
