Fruity notes with a touch of almond finish
The thick, velvety character of World Explorations Istanbul Espresso is a modern tribute to the ancient traditional Turkish brewing method—that lovely long-handled brass or copper coffee pot that goes by the names of cezve and ibrik. The taste of this oldest of coffee brewing traditions is celebrated by the blend’s Ethiopian Arabica beans—a coffee as old as time. The Indian Robusta tells the story of how coffee first escaped and journeyed out of Africa. These coffees come together to bring a wonderfully complex profile—of both bitterness and acidity, wild fruitiness and roasted notes.
A coffee as eclectic and simultaneously harmonious as the bustle of activity in the world’s earliest coffeehouses found in this cosmopolitan city of the bygone Ottoman Empire. And it’s as dynamic as the story of coffee on this crossroads of the ancient trade routes centuries ago.
This beautifully intense cup leaves only one thing to be desired—its pairing with the thickly sweet taste of a Turkish Delight.
Thick and velvety in homage to Turkish coffee, its Ethiopian Arabica and Indian Robusta remind us of this city at the crossroads of the ancient coffee trade routes.
This classic split-roast has average intensity and roasting time. The batches are separated in arabicas and robustas for a more precise roast.
This thick and velvety blend displays wild spicy and fruity notes, with a hint of almond and a pleasant roasty aftertaste.

Recycled aluminium requires less energy to produce and it provides the perfect barrier against oxygen, light, and humidity to protect the freshness and aromas of coffee over time.
