Explore the world’s first Nespresso Immersive Room at the Nespresso Atelier – the company’s flagship boutique which made its debut in 2021. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and LED walls, this immersive space uses elaborate light installations and projections to transport visitors into a multisensory world of coffee.

Together with four-toque chef Hubert Wallner you will virtually prepare one of his dessert masterpieces and gain insights into the art of coffee tasting. You will then enjoy your dessert with a cup of Nespresso coffee in a virtual location of your choice. The Immersive Room at the Nespresso Atelier thus provides an interactive coffee experience like never before to suit all tastes.

TOP CHEF HUBERT WALLNER WILL BE YOUR IMMERSIVE GUIDE
The world-renowned Austrian chef teams up with guests to virtually prepare a dessert recipe he created specifically for the occasion. He will also share insights about the origin of the ingredients, which are all locally sourced from Carinthian suppliers and prepared for each guest individually.

In collaboration with the Künstlerhaus Artists’ Association in Vienna, Nespresso displays a work of art by Austrian street and urban artist Golif in the entrance area to the Immersive Room, giving visitors a small taster of the unique, multisensory experience that awaits them inside the Immersive Room itself.

KEY FACTS ABOUT THE IMMERSIVE ROOM

  • Booking:
    Book your personal Immersive Room Experience here:
    Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Getting there:
    The Nespresso Immersive Room is located at Kärntner Straße 9, 1010 Vienna. The Stephansplatz underground station (U1 & U3) is just a few minutes’ walk away from the Nespresso Atelier.
  • Participation:
    Between one and four people can take part in a Nespresso Immersive Room session and the duration including arrival and registration is about 40-45 minutes.
  • Cost:
    Admission is €10.00 per person, to be paid directly at the Nespresso Atelier (unless special arrangements have been made). We are currently only able to take card payments and cannot accept cash.
  • Goodie Bag:
    After the Nespresso Immersive Room session, each participant will receive a goodie bag worth € 20.00.
  • Recipe:
    The dessert prepared in the Nespresso Immersive Room contains the following allergenic ingredients:G (milk and derived products – including lactose), A (cereals containing gluten), C (eggs and derived products)

PARTICIPATION
What COVID measures must be complied with when taking part in the Nespresso Immersive Room Experience?
The laws, regulations and directives applicable at the time when the session is taking place shall apply to all guests. Should one or more guests fail to comply with the measures in force at the time of participation in the Nespresso Immersive Room Experience (e.g. a requirement to present a vaccination certificate or negative PCR test result), Nespresso reserves the right to exclude such guests from taking part in the session.

The applicable measures are subject to change depending on the current COVID-19 situation.

Please do not attend your booked slot if you or any member of your group is experiencing symptoms of illness, particularly those associated with COVID‑19 (fever, cough, breathing difficulties).
What happens if I arrive late for my booked slot?
If one of several people in a group is running late, the Immersive Room Experience will still start on time. Latecomers will be escorted to the Immersive Room by a host and can belatedly join the experience that is already under way.

If all participants are running late, participation in the booked slot can no longer be guaranteed so as to prevent delays to the next slot.
Is the Nespresso Immersive Room wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, the Nespresso Immersive Room accommodates the use of wheelchairs. Please indicate when making your booking that you will be using a wheelchair to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Is the Nespresso Immersive Room accessible to people with hearing impairment?
The Nespresso Immersive Room is a multisensory experience that appeals to all five senses (sound, smell, taste, sight and touch). We are unfortunately unable to provide subtitles for auditory signals at this time.
I am sensitive to bright lights and loud noises – is the Nespresso Immersive Room still suitable for me?
We cannot rule out the possibility that you may encounter bright lights during the Nespresso Immersive Room Experience, which may cause you some discomfort. If you are sensitive to light (e.g. if you have epilepsy), please consult your doctor before participating in the experience.

You don't have to be a Nespresso member to take part in the Nespresso Immersive Room Experience. If you would like to open a Nespresso member account on the day of your visit, you can do so directly at the Nespresso Atelier.
How much time should I plan for my participation in the Nespresso Immersive Room Experience?
You should allow for around 40-45 minutes for your visit, including arrival and registration.

When do I pay for my ticket and which payment methods are available?
You will be charged €10.00 per person for admission, to be paid directly at the Nespresso Atelier in Vienna. Unfortunately, we are only able to take card payments and cannot accept cash at this time.
How do I know if my booking has been successful?
Once you have completed your booking, you should receive an automatically generated booking confirmation by e-mail soon thereafter. Please make sure to also check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service team on: 0800/21 62 51.
I want to participate as part of a group – do we each need to make a separate booking?
One person makes the booking for the entire group (max. four people). You can specify the number of people in your group as part of the booking process. Participants will then pay when they arrive at the Nespresso Atelier (Kärntner Straße 9, 1010 Vienna).
I have already booked a slot but would like to reschedule or cancel it or change the number of participants in my group – how do I go about this?
Once you have booked your chosen slot in the Nespresso Immersive Room, it is binding. Should you wish to change or cancel your booking, click on the link contained in your confirmation e-mail. As the timeslots are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your booked slot. Please only cancel at short notice in exceptional cases (e.g. if you are experiencing symptoms of illness).

The Nespresso Immersive Room is located at the Nespresso Atelier, at Kärntner Strasse 9, 1010 Vienna. The Stephansplatz underground station (for lines U1 & U3) is just a few minutes’ walk away from the Nespresso Atelier. Upon arrival, please approach one of our Nespresso Coffee Specialists who will take care of registration and escort you to the Nespresso Immersive Room.
When should I arrive at the Nespresso Atelier to ensure that I can take part in the Nespresso Immersive Room Experience?
