To place an order or ask questions about our products, please contact us by phone on the toll-free number 0800 21 62 51. Alternatively, you can place an order or receive assistance via the Nespresso App, online, or in one of our Nespresso boutiques.

As soon as your order have left our warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail about the progress of your consignment. You can also track your order at any time in your online account, in the Orders & Invoices section in the detailed view of the respective order. If you have any further questions about orders that have already been placed, please call us 0800 21 62 51; toll-free) or contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp. If you would like to return one or more items to us within 14 days of receipt, please use our return label.

Please contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp if you have any complaints regarding your order. Please have your customer number ready and kindly take photos of the goods in advance.

If you usually receive your invoices by email, you can view and download a copy of the invoice after logging in under My Orders.

If the invoice is not available online, please use our Live Chat or WhatsApp to receive a copy.

Please contact us by phone at the toll-free number 0800 21 62 51. We kindly ask that you be near your machine during the call and have the serial number readily available.

If the free phone assistance to clarify machine problems has not been successful, you can use our Nespresso repair service. This includes the pickup of your machine at a scheduled time and the provision of a replacement machine while yours is being repaired.

When your device is picked up at the agreed-upon time, please ensure the following:

Please send us the proof of purchase (for machines within the warranty period) of your machine prior to the agreed date via email to belege.at@nespresso.com. If no proof is provided at the time of repair, a fixed fee depending on the device will be charged. To ensure proper identification of your purchase receipt, please include your Nespresso membership number in the email subject line.

The machine must be dry and free of any water residue for transport.

Please also remove all detachable parts, such as the water tank, capsule container, and drip tray, and leave these parts at home. (If your machine is leaking, we kindly ask that you provide the water tank, dry and separately packaged, along with the machine.) This is to ensure that your machine is not damaged during transport.

Please note the following exceptions regarding detachable parts: If you own a Lattissima model, please include the milk tank for pickup. It must be cleaned, dry, and separately packaged.

Delivery within Austria is generally completed the next day, including Saturdays (excluding holidays), for orders placed on weekdays before 8:00 PM. You can place your order online at any time, via the Nespresso App, or by calling Nespresso Customer Service at 0800 21 62 51 (toll-free) Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We offer free shipping on orders over €40.


Click & Collect
Shorten your time in the Nespresso Boutique

Would you prefer to pick up your order at a Nespresso Boutique?
Simply place your order online, via the Nespresso App, or by calling Nespresso Customer Service at 0800 21 62 51 (toll-free, Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM), and your order will be ready for pickup within 30 minutes at the selected boutique. Please approach a staff member at the boutique when picking up your order.

Click & Collect is available Monday to Friday (weekdays) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at selected* Nespresso Boutiquen in the following cities: Vienna, Vösendorf, Linz, Salzburg, Pasching, Graz, Klagenfurt, Innsbruck.

Please note that Click & Collect orders can be paid via PayPal, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express), previously authorized direct debit, or with a Nespresso gift card.

*Please note that due to a reduced selection, some boutiques are excluded.


Pick-up Station or Post Office
Order online and pick up at the nearest pick-up station or post office

You can place your order online at any time, via the Nespresso App, or by calling Nespresso Customer Service at 0800 21 62 51 (toll-free) Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We offer free shipping on orders over €40 to a pick-up station or post office of your choice within Österreichische Post AG.

The packages will be shipped CO2-neutral with Österreichische Post AG, and you will receive an email notification when your package is ready for pickup at the selected pick-up station or post office.


Your Time
Choose your preferred delivery time

Decide for yourself when you want your delivery to arrive. Simply choose one of the following time slots for delivery from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) when placing your order:

Morning (Order by the previous day (business day) by 4:00 PM) 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Afternoon (Order on the day of delivery by 12:00 PM or for Saturday by the previous day by 4:00 PM) 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Orders can be placed at any time online, via the Nespresso App, or through Nespresso Customer Service at 0800 21 62 51 (toll-free, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

The packages will be shipped CO2-neutral with Veloce. Nespresso Your Time orders can only be paid via previously authorized direct debit or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express). This service is available in Vienna and the surrounding area. Delivery fee: €9.90.
