Help guide our local charity donations

From July, each quarter in 2025, the following donations will be awarded to local charities:

• 1x Major prize donation: AUD $15,000
• 2x Minor prize donations: AUD $5,000

• You are invited to nominate an Australian or New Zealand charity of your choosing for consideration for a Nespresso Care for You donation at any time between Tuesday 4th March 2025 (AEDT) and Wednesday 12th November 2025 (AEDT). Please note, all charities must be registered on the ACNA website (AU) or the Charities Services (NZ) website.
• Simply complete a short application form and explain in less than 150 words why you want your chosen charity to receive our donation.
• Each quarter, three charities will be randomly selected from the entry list (our Assessment and Suitability Criteria applies), to go on a public vote, where the public will vote to decide which charity will receive the major prize donation. The two remaining charities will each receive a minor donation.

• Each customer may only nominate one charity in this promotion.
• Once a charity has been nominated, it will remain on the list for future selection unless it has already featured in the top three and received a donation.
• Before featuring in the public vote, Nespresso will:
  • Ensure that they are charities which are registered on the ACNA website (AU) or the Charities Services (NZ) website;
  • Assess the randomly selected charities. Nespresso reserves the right to remove any charities for consideration that conflict with Nespresso’s core values (see details for assessment below);
  • Gain approval from the randomly selected charities to be included;
  Where these requirements are not met, another valid charity will be randomly selected from the list as a replacement.
• If your nomination is selected for public vote, your reason for nominating them will be made visible to the public. No identifiable personal information will be shared.

• All applicants must be AU or NZ residents and aged 18 years or over.
• Please note, all charities must be registered on the ACNA website or Charities Services website.

Nespresso reserves the right to remove any charities which appear to:

• Push a political or religious agenda
• Discriminate against a group/groups of people
• Misalign with the causes Nespresso already supports or Nespresso’s business model
• Undertake any activities that could bring Nespresso into disrepute

Nominations can be submitted between:

• Tuesday 4 Mar – Wednesday 12 Nov

Electronic random selections will take place on:

• Thursday 15 May
• Thursday 24 Aug
• Thursday 13 Nov

Public votes will take place between:

• Monday 23 Jun – Sunday 6 Jul
• Monday 22 Sep – Sunday 5 Oct
• Monday 01 Dec – Sunday 24 Dec

Donation details will be announced by:

• Monday 14 Jul
• Monday 13 Oct
• Monday 12 Jan
