The Nespresso Gift Card can be used to pay for your orders online at Nespresso.com, in Nespresso Boutiques and when ordering over the phone at 1800 623 033. A Nespresso membership number is required to make purchases online and over the phone.

In Nespresso Boutiques, please show the card to our Boutique Specialist before making your payment. When ordering by phone or online, please provide the Gift Card Serial Number and pin.

You can use your Nespresso Gift Card to pay for all or part of the order's amount. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

Yes you can, if your order satisfies the conditions of our current returns policy. The value of the purchase will be refunded onto your account as a credit, to be used for future purchases.

The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.
