How many calories in a cappuccino?
If you’re counting calories, a cappuccino isn’t going to add a lot of calories to your day. There’s about 70 calories in a standard cappuccino with 220ml skim milk. For full fat milk, it would be about 120 calories for the same amount of milk. If you’re choosing soy milk, the calories increase slightly again.
