This looks like a classy metallic mug, sadly it is only a plastic copy that looks and feels cheap. The sip-all-round lid pools coffee in the centre and does not feel good on the lips when you drink. I’m going back to my Yeti travel mug.

Perfect mug for teachers. You can make a decent coffee at home, throw it in your bag (it won’t leak) and it’s still hot at morning tea time. Great for trips where coffee is sparse too!

I needed to replace my old, and much loved, Nespresso Vertuo travel mugs as they were getting worn and the lid seals weren't as reliable (I carry coffee in my handbag). They were no longer available so I bought 2 of these new designs instead in the hope they would be as good. I was not disappointed. The pop up tops are truly leak proof and easy to use. My baristas love them as they are the same colour as their take away cups :)

I like the size. N it keeps drink hot or cold. Only I don’t like is the lid. I still prefer the old metal one with the black flip lid. This one is bulkier n doesn’t fit in my car door drink recess

Keeps it hot hot hot. Whilst the mug with the cover doesn’t fit into standard vehicle cup holders it does if you remove the cover. Mandarin is not really my colour but doesn’t matter because we remove the covers anyway to fit into car. In my opinion it’s the best travel travel mug on the market.

Love the large size and the colour! Doesn't fit in my car cup-holder though, so I had to buy a cup holder/expander to hold it in place. Other than the latter, it's a beautiful colour and coffee stays hot for hours, which is great because I'm one of those people who tends to forget I have coffee and end up leaving mugs everywhere! This way, no waste and the coffee stays hot and free from air pollutants and debris. Love it!

First up - ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE COLOUR. The cup comes away from the shell making is so easy to wash and HUGE PLUS - dish washer SAFE. Then the lid - so user friendly and spill proof which for me is a HUGE plus. Also dishwasher safe. I loved it so much - I'll be getting 4 more for my kids partners.

Aesthetically pleasing to look at, and very comfortable to hold and drink from!! however the one big downside is the lid, it's very difficult to clean the inside and dry 100% to ensure it's clean and ready for my next trip. I like to know what I'm drinking from is thoroughly clean.

A lot to like, but a little difficult to hold

This mug is very good quality and I love the materials and quality of the outside covering. It keeps the contents hot for way longer than most other travel mugs we have. The only 'dislike' I have is that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so have little grip strength. The circumference of this mug is just that much too big for me to grip it comfortably, so I either need to hold it with the bottom sitting in the palm of my hand (not a good idea), or use 2 hands and put it on the floor to open a door. Small detail, but one that would be good for the designers to keep in mind - slightly narrower would make a big difference.
