Short, dark split roasting and a fine grind help evoke every ventanita’s Cuban Cafecito. Ingredients

  • -1 x Espresso 40ml extraction of Miami Espresso
  • - Ice Cubes​
  • - 45 ml Vodka​
  • - 15 ml Coffee Liqueur​
  • - 10 ml Maple Syrup​
  • - ½ tsp Cracked Black Pepper ​
  • - ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon​
  • - 1 Cinnamon Stick

Materials

  • - Nespresso Machin​e
  • - Martini glass​
  • - Cocktail Shaker​
  • - Strainer 

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Place ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, maple syrup and some black cracked pepper into a shaker​
  • Step 2

    Extract coffee directly into the shaker as the last ingredient​
  • Step 3

    Place lid on shaker and shake hard for 15 seconds​
  • Step 4

    Strain into a martini glass​
  • Step 5

    Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon, some more cracked pepper and a cinnamon stick to finish
