Origins
This blend was created using with quality Arabica beans from Nicaragua and El Salvador.
Roasting
We begin by roasting the Nicaragua beans lightly and briefly, just enough to bring out their cereal and sweet notes. In contrast, the El Salvador beans are roasted for a longer duration to enhance their intensity.
