This 100% Arabica blend gets its beans from Latin America and Africa, with most coming from Brazil and Ethiopia.
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
