Great espresso maker for a quick coffee. The pods are easy to use with many flavors available. The unit is easy to clean. Affordable and makes a great gift for any coffee lover. Definitely would recommend this.

i’m obsessed. i’m absolutely obsessed, & it’s honestly a problem. we got this about a year ago, and i’ve pretty much almost exclusively only been drinking espresso since then. this is definitely the most bare-bones model but i’m still able to make lots of different drinks with it. i’ll never ever ever ever go back.

Solid, no frills Nespresso machine. Makes a decent cup of espresso and nothing else, which is actually a good thing especially as it makes it inexpensive compared to other Nespresso machines. I got it with a separate milk frother which was a nice freebie at the time.

Love it, looks very nice, I have the red color so is not too easy to get dirty, simple and easy to use, makes coffee super quick, add some milk foam on top, amazing!!!

Perfect coffee machine for me. It doesn’t take a lot of space, I think it’s really affordable comparing to some other espresso machines out there and makes perfect morning cup of espresso. I have had it for over 5 years now and have never had an issue with it.

We now have 3 machines - with this one as the most recent addition. This one is for my office. The other 2 are respectively are at our primary and secondary homes. When we vacation we are really happy when the venue has Nespresso machines!

This is my second Nespresso machine. I bought my first one in 2008 and it still works great. I bought a new one because I needed a smaller model to fit into a small space. In addition to brewing delicious espressos, it looks beautiful on my counter in its elegant cherry red color.

The CitiZ draws a fine cup of espresso, but the user interface is less robust than the Essenza. I have had an Essenza for years. It still works great except the button to draw a shot is going out and barely works. If I could repair the button, I would. Unfortunately Nespresso doesn't do repairs. So I bought a CitiZ. The lid of the water tank is not attached to the tank or the machine making it harder to set in place correctly. To remove the used pod holder, grab the upper cup shelf. Don't try to grab the actual pod container - it is not attached to the bottom. The lever to insert a pod is sticky and hard to set into place. If you don't get it closed fully, the pod doesn't puncture and you just get hot water in your cup. All in all, this machine feels less well-made than the Essenza, which functions smoothly and reliably.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I love this little guy. Fits perfectly on the countertop in a small kitchen. It looks great and works fantastic. It pours regular and long shots. I tend to always pour a long shot being it has more water in it. This machine is easy to clean! If you live somewhere with hard water, make sure Tom get their descaling solution and doing it every 6 months.

I bought this almost a year and 1/2 ago. Loved it, but now it won’t puncture the capsules anymore. Tried descaling, will more than like have to replace. Disappointed it didn’t last longer!

I was gifted this machine and I AM OBSESSED. It heats up/dispenses so quickly and the flavor is incredible!!!! Also, I love how compact it is! It takes up very little counter space so I don’t feel the need to stash it away when it’s not in use. I couldn’t live without this product!! It gets used multiple times per day and I’ve never had any issues with it! I absolutely love Nespresso! It might be slightly pricey, but it’s well worth the price! I highly recommend!

Super easy to use and makes amazing Tasting espresso. Allows me to make my favorite, flat white, at home at a fraction of the coffee shop prices. Small footprint means it won’t take up tons of room on my counter. Be warned, it is pretty loud.

I love the flavor of the coffee. However this machine is extremely noisy and unfortunately it does not make a piping hot cup of coffee. I end up having to microwave it to get it to a nice hot temperature.

Hands down my trusty espresso maker! When you need a little pick me up but not a full cup of coffee this is your guy! It never fails me. It warms up very quickly so I do not have a long wait time. The only thing I wish was a little different is that it had a larger holding area for the used pods. Or a way to tell you when the water is low so you won’t be mid pour and have it stop on you. But otherwise it’s simple to@use and  reliable. They also last a long time!

It’s perfect for a quick strong cup of coffee. Combined in use with my Miroco milk frothed it’s perfect. The only real con to this product is that I don’t like the limits to the pods and wish it had the versatility of the Keurig. It’s disheartening seeing the hundred plus options the Keurig is compatible with versus the two to three pod options for the Nespresso. If I could use this to make a cup of tea after my morning coffee I would be in heaven. But I still love my Nespresso and it’s keeping its home in the designated coffee corner of my kitchen.
