Classy-looking machine, love the white (more cream) option, not too large to be intrusive on the bench. Heats quickly and the two settings are adequate. Water and waste holders a good size. Recommend.

I love the simple design in white colour and, it s easy to use and easy to clean. It takes less space in my kitchen. Lastly, my coffee tastes sooo goood

This is the second purchase of this model. What I like most is there is no extra milk frother. All in the one unit. Compact and quick to use. Nothing gets 5 stars.

I purchased this machine 2 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the milk frother. The single and double esspresso option work fine, but when I put milk to make a drink, it works 50% of the time correctly. Today it appeared to try to heat up, then all the lights started flashing and it would make nothing. I have had the frother replaced once and it worked correctly for a little bit and now it is constantly malfunctioning again.

Remember, your coffee machine is only as good as the quality of the pods you use. Works well, and the pods you can buy now are much nicer than they used to be.

After reading the brief instructions, I am still in the dark on how to make coffee they way I want or like. For example, I wouldn't mind something like the picture above but I have no clue how to do that. I wish I hadn't bothered, as the expense is not worth the little extra of it frothing your milk. Wish I'd stuck to the basic one.

Water started leaking from the underside of the machine 2 weeks after we bought it . Machine makes great coffee , is a little difficult to operate in order to get the right sized coffees , but overall we like it . Hopefully the water leak issue can be solved easily.

Had the previous model and disappointed. This model is less solid. Parts seem like they can easily break

I bought this machine around three months ago, it makes the best coffee, once you have set it to your requirements and found the coffee of your choice, it is fantastic coffee every time. A few comments have been made about being hard to clean the milk dispenser, not sure why, it's easy.

Very disappointed in this new Lattssima it is so hot it burns the coffee foam on top as well as the taste. My old Lattissimo still makes a much better coffee

I have owned this for 18 months, and have struggled with the constant cleaning ( we dont use the milk component) required to stop the coffee tasting bitter. I have an older machine. at use in another building that requires next to no cleaning. This machine has been sent back to Nespresso because of this but they assure me there is nothing wrong with it. Beware of this model. very poor design

Bought from Farmers a couple of years ago and it packed up a couple of months ago. I would not recommend. The water and coffee stopped coming out.

Very disappointed with this machine, milk component is unreliable often faulting with clean error even if it is fresh from being washed and dried. Machine returned for repair 1 month after purchase.

I have had a Nespresso machine for about 3 years and have had no problems with the milk frothing, I have updated to this machine and the milk just does not froth, as I bought on a subscription plan im stuck with it. I know that it says to use trim milk but that is disgusting as I have always used milk straight from the vat and never had an issue before

Great machine, perfect for making 1-2 coffees. The Grand would be better if you’re looking to make multiple milk based coffees at once, otherwise this machine is perfect.

I've been starting my days with the soothing hum of my Nespresso machine for about two years now. The main draw for me initially was the promise of easy homemade lattes and cappuccinos. However, I quickly learned that the frother, while decent, doesn’t exactly replicate the smooth consistency of a latte. It mainly produces a thick foam, and despite experimenting with different milk types to achieve that silky latte texture, I haven’t quite succeeded. Despite this, my affection for my Nespresso hasn't waned. I’ve come to cherish its quick and efficient operation—it’s simply perfect for my morning routine. Unlike waiting for a full pot of coffee, I can have a delicious cup ready in moments. The quality of coffee from the Nespresso pods is also a significant upgrade from regular packaged coffee; the flavors are rich and far superior. Visually, the machine is sleek and complements my kitchen aesthetics beautifully, adding to its appeal. While it might not fulfill all my café-style aspirations, it does ensure a delightful cup of coffee every time. I’ve grown to enjoy what the Nespresso can do rather than what it can’t. If you're considering one, know that while it might not replace your barista, it will consistently brighten your mornings with excellent coffee. I have this machine at home and at work. I love being able to make high quality espresso with such a small profile machine. I do not use the frothing attachment, but my wife does and she loves it. The initial investment is high, but this machine will pay for itself in the long run.

We used to have the larger latissima machine but didn’t use the milk features much so this suits us well. Wish the water tank was a bit bigger but otherwise it’s a great product and more compact and better value than the larger machine

This machine was a Christmas gift to myself and I love it! It is exactly what I was looking for- an espresso machine that makes specialty drinks without all the guesswork. I will say that if you want froth, use whole milk, otherwise you may just get steamed milk in your drink, which is still good. I purchased the white one and it looks great on my counter.
