I am very pleased with my new Nespresso Next & frother. I was a bit nervous ordering it due to the poor reviews, but I’m pleased I ignored those, it is an excellent machine, make’s delicious coffees. I’ve had it for a month now & I'm loving the coffee!

Not designed to last

Machines not built to last. Our fourth machine has just died due to a motor issue. 18 months old but told out of warranty but they will give us a slight discount on new machine (about 10% off).
Between the numerous increases in cost of pods and the latest problem machine we are Giving up and purchasing a different coffee maker.

I've had this machine for over a two years and I still love it. I'm the only one who drinks Espresso in my house so it's perfect for when I want a cup any time of the day but can easily make a fresh cup for any one who visits or when my husband feels like having a decaf. I'd definitely buy this machine again.

Bought this a a replacement for my Nespresso Delonghi & it had been a total disappointment. The handle constantly sticks & this machine does not allow for you to run straight water through the lines if the machine has been sitting, you have to use a pod which is wasteful.

I loved my machine while it lasted however after only owning it for 2.5 years it randomly quit one morning. The machine would no longer read the barcodes even with all the recommended actions from nespresso themselves. Sad that you can only get a few years out of these machines and thats it.
