Do not waste your time with the Pop machine! We received a remarkable offer to try the Pop machine at a discounted price around the time our 9-year-old Citiz machine started to break down, so we took Nespresso up on their offer. The first unit worked very well until the 11-month mark, when a plastic clip on the capsule holder snapped off inside the machine. Nespresso quickly replaced it for us. Within 2 weeks, the second unit started leaking coffee from the bottom of the machine after use. Again, Nespresso quickly replaced it for us. Within 2 DAYS, the third unit started leaking coffee from the bottom of the machine after use. Occasionally, when you went to collect your cup after brewing, it would be empty and a minutes later you would find the machine sitting in a puddle of coffee equivalent to the entire pod. The coffee appeared to be leaking out of the back of the capsule holder and running down into inaccessible parts of the machine. Again, Nespresso quickly replaced it for us, but I was understandably very frustrated now and was hoping to get a credit for the unit instead and upgrade to a better machine. I was told to try another machine (in a different colour) one last time as this would improve my chances of being granted a credit should the next unit be faulty too. I agreed to try it one last time. Within 1 week, the fourth machine experienced the same fault. Support agents were unable to assist me online (I suspect they wanted me to call to ensure I wasn't a scammer) so I called through as requested. They were still unable to provide me with a solution to fix the unit, so they offered to replace it. I enquired about the refund/credit the previous agent had suggested I would now be eligible for, however the agent declined and said that is not an option Nespresso offers. Now I have to decide if I can be bothered taking this issue to the ACCC as under Australian Consumer Law, this product would be deemed "not fit for purpose". I understand Nespresso has the right to choose which way they remedy the issue, however after four machines (3 replacements) I am well within my rights to expect an alternative remedy (credit or refund). Shame on you Nespresso. I have been nothing but calm, patient and understanding with your support agents - It's not their fault your policies prevent them from assisting me further. But I am extremely disappointed with your service when I have done nothing but rave about it in the past. You have lost a long time customer and the faith of others who have heard this story.

A good little machine. Quite loud & the mechanics of locking the capsule holder is quite clunky though.

Great unit. It's the number FIVE Nespresso Machine—yes, it's number five—and it gets to travel in the truck to all sorts of places. It operates off a Bluetti genset and works as every good little coffee machine should. It is paired with a little white Nespresso unit that uses the "original pods." The Vertuo is popular, and the team like the 80ml pods. Depending on the day, the bigger pods also get a run. The Nespresso units are all easy... we do our best to keep them clean - Friday is rinse/soak and get them ready for the next week. Vertuo Pods - it would be good if we could get them everywhere... A couple of hundred pods take up a bit of room when on the road - and we only fill up again if we are near our office...

I couldn't decide between 2 or 2 stars, so went the generous side. 12 months (almost to the day), and I'm just on my 3rd machine. The first one leaked after about 3 weeks, while the 2nd one decided to suddenly just spit and splutter out about 10-20ml of very sludge coffee. It is a little noisy for such a small baby, and it's inconvenient to find a box to send back, but still reasonably happy, as long as Nespresso is happy to replace a faulty machine.

We're on our second one now and they both leak like a sieve leaving a puddle of water on the counter top. Heading back to support to hopefully grade to a different model. As some have noted it makes waaaay toooo much crema! The water container is way too small for the cup sizes especially if you do a smalll flush after each cup to get rid of the grundgies!

I switched over to vertuo after drinking original capsules. Vertuo's coffee produces more crema, has a richer flavour and is overall much more satisfactory.

I always have an issue with the machine. The water container is small for a coffee machine where you can make coffee of 230ml.

This was my 2nd nespresso vertuo machine and this unit is nowhere as good. It's loud, it's more awkward to open and put new capsules in. The only really better aspect is the little bit of colour. ,

I bought one of the Pop machines to replace my old Nespresso machine after 10 years of service. It never missed a beat until the end.  Sadly this machine is no where near as good. Nearly everyday I turn it on, load my pod and press the white button and then boom, I get a flashing red light.  After speaking with Nespresso the only solution is to turn it off at the wall and do a factory reset and then try again. Meanwhile another pod is wasted and I am still waiting for my coffee. This machine is just not reliable. I hate it and regret buying it. I definitely do not recommend it

Christmas gift to myself and I’m IN LOVE!!! Making coffee is my favorite thing to do in the morning now.
