A summer recipe that combines both coconut milk and full cream milk to create a marbled and indulgent iced coffee which is easy to prepare. The caramel notes of the Caramelito coffee perfectly complement the coconut flavours in this recipe.
PREPARATION
- 1. Place 90g ice cubes (3 ice cubes) into a glass.
- 2. Extract 40 ml (one Espresso extraction) coffee on top.
- 3. Pour milk and coconut over the ice and coffee.
- 4. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
